Integrity Therapy Services provides wide ranging Occupational Therapy and Case Management to a variety of adult and aged care organisations. The OT role here is varied, challenging and rewarding. There is the opportunity for the right applicant to have a caseload tailored to their skills and experience or undertake further training in the areas of OT we predominately work in or that you are interested in. Essentially, we can tailor your case load to your preferences and adjust and change this as you progress through your career with Integrity Therapy.
Integrity Therapy has a strong reputation as a high quality, timely and consistent service who has the clients needs, preferences and goals at the centre of all interactions. Our therapists are known for being creative, innovative and persistent to meet client outcomes and goals, regardless of where they live or their available support networks. We also have a strong reputation for being an excellent employer with competitive pay rates, CPD and travel reimbursement and a few surprise perks thrown in along the way!
The successful applicant will not be stuck in an office or consultation room, but rather travel through beautiful Central West NSW to conduct home visits. There is full administration support (you never have to file anything away again!), a large, comfortable office based in Orange, with your own workstation or our satellite office in Bathurst and plenty of support from a team of 6 other experienced Allied Health professionals.
Integrity Therapy prides itself on being a family friendly and flexible workplace. We actively encourage employees to attend their kids sporting or school events and to be home with them if they are unwell or simply just need you. We have all the technology required to make this happen. We meet regularly as a team both professionally and socially, and as required in any given situation. We won the 2019 Orange Business Award for Excellence in Health, Fitness and Wellbeing due to our high quality services and strong commitment to providing an excellent workplace experience for our employees.
The role is suited to an Occupational Therapist who would like to work in a team environment that promotes flexibility, opportunities to develop and grow as an OT, practical support when things get tricky and full administration support. The role is up to full time employment. Part time employment will be considered at a minimum of 24 hours per week or more. This position is based from our Orange office. The Bathurst office is also available if this fits with your case load and life commitments!
